Appointments are subject to practitioner availability.

7. Appointment Cancellations and Rescheduling
We understand that plans sometimes change and appreciate advance notice when an appointment needs to be adjusted.
For Craniosacral Therapy appointments, we request at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
Any applicable late cancellation or no-show fee will be disclosed before the booking is confirmed.
Virtual aromatherapy consultations are subject to the cancellation and rescheduling policy displayed at the time of booking.
If The Wandering Moon Studio needs to cancel an appointment, we will contact you to arrange a suitable alternative or provide a refund for the canceled service.
